Form data not being sent by email

    The {enterVoucher5} field is not being sent with confirmation or notification email messages, though the data is appearing in Submission Reports at

    I have edited this field in both email forms, but the missing data persists in being missing from the emails.

    Any suggestions are appreciated.

    In other words, are you not recieving the notifications? nor the submitters are recieving the confirmation email? I have checked you form , please whitelist out Jotmail email addresses

    Let me know if this does not work

    Hello, upon further checking your page, I noticed that you have placed the HTML code of your form in it, and noticed that the textbox for your Voucher appears to have the name incorrect.

    On your web page, it shows that the textbox value for name is name="q5_grouponVoucher" but on your actual form in JotForm, it appears as name="q5_enterVoucher5".  Changing the name attribute value to the latter (q5_enterVoucher5) should fix your missing content on your email alerts the next time you receive a submission
