Square Subscription: Not charging the customer

    how do I set up auto billing. I thought I had done so for one of my forms, but the customer says ther card was not charged

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having issues with your payment form. Can I ask for the link to the form? I have checked the last form you have which is Group Skill Development, and confirmed that it is set up to charge the customer monthly. If the customer is still not charged, can you try checking with Square support regarding the subscription? If this is not the form you are referring to, can you send me the link to your form, so I can take a look at it for you?
