Stripe Integration: The credit card fields are not showing.

    On my form, "Ohio Farm Bureau Foundation Golf Invitational" in build mode everything is showing properly.

    When I switch to preview, the credit card fields do not appear and none of the player names appear.

    The conditions seem to be set correctly. Can you help me figure out why these aren't appearing?

    Hi Kelly,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. When I visited the link to your form, I was able to replicate the problem with the credit card number field not showing. However, I was able to see the Player Name fields appear after clicking select an item from the Product List element. Check out this screencast below:

    To fix the problem with the credit card field, please try reconnecting the integrated payment processor. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Product List element and the Wand icon.
    2. Then, click on the Gear icon in the upper right corner of the page.
    3. Next, click on the Connected button and click on Reconnect.
    4. Finally, click on the Connect button, enter your Stripe credentials again, and click on Continue.
