Form calculation widget: Does not total calculation values

Hey JotForm,

I have a quiz in my account titled Is "Locum Tenens Right for You? - Quiz" that calculates a value used to determine the quiz takers outcome at the end of the quiz. It appears like the values aren't being calculated and you get dumped to an HTTP error 500 page. Is there anything you can see on your end that would yield these results?

I have checked your form and you are correct, it is not calculating any values.

It seems you have missed a value to an option,that may have caused this error.

Kindly check your question 9 and add a value to the last option, this should fix the issue.
