Hi,
We need to print our clients submissions once they are filled out - at the moment we can onluy do this by printing the email cc we receive, or by printing via the website.
Have already tried printing via the app : settings > print - but it just comes up with " Error while printing PDF ".
I then tried added a Print function button on the Thank You page, as something we can do once client hands us back the iPad, but there is no option for that either.
Please let us know how to resolve the issue.

Hi Ryan,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you're having issues with your form. Are you referring to the Jotform Mobile App or the Jotform App?
Please try opening the Inbox page or the Submission page. After that, please try to download or print the submission. Let me guide you:
- You can download and print your form submissions through our mobile app. Tap on the form and select View Submissions.
- Select a submission and tap on the ellipsis on the upper right of the app. You'll then be able to see options like Download as PDF and Print.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Hi propsnz,
Thanks for getting back to us. Make sure that you're using an updated Jotform app and the iPad has the latest iOS as well. Also, try to uninstall the Jotform app, then download it from the App Store and try to print the submission again.
