Jotform App: Screen Timed out after data entry. Error loading page.

I was filling out a form and entered a lot of data and then I got a message saying timed out:

Error loading page

Domain: NSURLErrorDomain

Error Code: -1001

Description: The request timed out.

The app is still open. I’m scared if I close the app, then all of my data will be lost. It was not saved. Right now with the app I just see a wide screen with Jotform and I cannot enter anything like I said I’m scared. I’ll lose all the data if I close it out please help.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The error message you get indicates that the issue is most likely network-related. Could you try to connect your device with a separate internet connection to see whether it makes any difference? If the same thing happens again, please try reinstalling the application and see if that would resolve the issue.
