Whenever i try to fill my form and pay via paypal i get the following message: "Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later."

I have just tested two of your forms using PayPal Standard and they seem to be working on my end, one of them sent me to the PayPal payment page and the other one to the donation page.
There is one of them integrated with PayPal Pro, please note that the requirements are different for this integration and you must ensure that you may use PayPal Pro.
If the problem persists, please let us know which form you're getting this error on, we will have a look on it.
