Unable to clone form: getting an "Unauthorized Request" error

    Hi, I am having trouble cloning a form from a different account.

    When I go to create a form > import form > from a webpage/URL I receive an unauthorized request error.

    Hi Duane,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking, I saw that the account that owns the form does not allow anybody to clone their forms. If you know the form owner, please get in touch with them and let them know that they'll need to disable the "Do not allow my forms to be cloned by other users." from their Account Security page. let me show you how to do it:

    • Hover over to your account Avatar located on the upper right side of the page.
    • On the dropdown menu, click Settings.
    • Click the Security tab on the left panel.
    • Untick the checkbox beside the Do not allow my forms to be cloned by other users.
