Kindly do note that  we do allow forms with IN#, but we also need users to comply to the following:

1. Add Terms of use widget (for your users to agree they have read terms and conditions and reason you are collecting their IN#).

2. Add a Signature widget where your users sign and agree to willingly have provided such sensitive information.
