Job Approval

We wanted to implement a s/w which will help us to move the document digitally. to view the document approval process,digitally signed and approved or not, how much time it is taking for a doc to be signed.

• Are your documents on a PDF format that you'd like to be converted to a form?
  
• When you say, digitally signed, do you mean that the form has a signature field and user would need to sign it?
  
• Regarding approval, do you mean once your user/customer completed the form, you'll decide whether to approve or deny it through our Approval Workflow?
• Finally, for this question "How much time it is taking for a doc to be signed?". I'd appreciate if you can elaborate this and site an example.
