Problem with integration whith google spreadsheets

I have an form integrated with google spreadsheet and when after submission and user refresh page insert another row in spreadsheet.

It's not a problem related to the integration.

If a user refreshes the Thank You Page, the browser (mobile and desktop) will show a prompt screen and if the user confirms the refresh, the form will be re-submitted as a new submission which is also passed into the spreadsheet integration as it should be.

You may try to limit submissions with unique checks:
