Hello.
I am trying to apply to an important open call.Literally everything is uploaded. No, I can't use a different browser.
The phone number field will not allow itself to get filled out no matter what I do. I see someone else had this identical issue.Even if you can 'choose' a phone number from the drop down menu, it still goes back to all "X"s so you can never submit the form.
Please help me clear this error on my Brave browser without telling me to use a different browser.
Thank you! -

Hello Kim,
Thanks for getting back to us. The field is not accepting any number because the input mask is not configured correctly. Let me show you how to fix it:
- Click on the Gear icon on the right side of the Shoer Text field to open Properties.
- Under the Options tab, toggle Input Mask to the ON position.
- Use the Number Sign (#) to represent each digit and enter the number format you want to use.
Result:
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

Do I need to tell the people who made the form?

Hi Kim,
Thanks for reaching us back. Yes, please have the Form creator set up the Input mask correctly, to allow either numbers using the Hash icon (#) or Alphabetic by using that at symbol (@). For reference, here is the guide on how to set up Input masking.
If you have questions, please let us know.
