Infusionsoft Integration Not Working - Extra Tags & Wrong Lead Source

    I added new forms and set up integrations for my Infusionsoft account. I've done this previously in Jan. 2018 and had no issues. However, I am now having issues with JotForm adding extra tags to my contacts in Infusionsoft and not setting the correct Lead Source. I've discussed this with Infusionsoft and they insist that there is something wrong with JotForm, not Infusionsoft. Please advise.

    Would you kindly share the form you are working on for us to have further look at the issue?

    Also kindly try removing the integration and adding it back again and let us know if this resolves the issue.

    I didn't do anything and now it's working!
