I have requested an Authentication email three time but nothing has come in as yet.
Can you check this for me please.

I have checked your email recipient addresses and it seems like one of them was in our bounce list; however, I already removed it so you should be receiving emails now.
I also submitted your form and as per my test the email autoresponder is sending without any problem.
I would recommend you submit your form again and check your spam/junk folder since the emails may have ended up there.
