Looking to create a customer profile

https://form.jotform.com/80876023397969 - this is the current form however I am a bit frustrated as I am looking to create a full profile that allows the customer to login to the profile and continue to update information and to update answers to questions. I feel like I am part way there. I understand that they can save and return, but I am trying to keep the main options page to show up each time the customer returns so they can return to the section. Any thoughts would be so helpful.

I believe that you can use the Save Forms and Continue Later feature. This will let your users continue to fill out your forms whenever they are available. Please check the guide below for more information:

thank you. I am actually using a newer version, not sure you had looked at the form however the save function is on there. thank you

Just wanted to clarify this statement. Which main options are you referring to? Would you mind sending us a screenshot for clarify?

When a user returns back to the form on a later date, it should be exactly the same options (if form is not edited) as before when a user filled he form.
