My payment submissions haven’t reset

    I need my monthly payment submissions to be reset.

    Hi royalpointeda,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and saw that your monthly limits should've reset today, May 01, 2024. All the other monthly limits have reset apart from your payment submission limit. I've tried recalculating your account usage, but it seems the limit is still not resetting.

    I've escalated this to our backend team for further checking, and to see if they can reset the monthly limit on their end. If there's an update, we'll get back to you on this thread.

    Hello, it’s reset but two of my link are still saying I’m pass my monthly quota.
