Limit Reset?

We unexpectedly hit the 10000 limit in April 30th, but the monthly usage page states the limit will not reset until June 1, 2024. Does it take the full month of May for the limit to increase or is it a mistake the the limit should reset today May 1st??

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm not sure what caused this but I just recalculated your form account's limits and it should now reflect the correct stats.
