I think your issue is related to your credit card and it's authorization given from the bank. Could you please contact to the bank that provides the card service?
Also, try using another credit card belonging to another bank. As you may know some banks block transactions if it is not suitable for their policy. We do have the other ppayment options, e.g PayPal, which you can choose if it is acceptable for you.
Please turn back to us after talking to the bank that provides the credit card associated with the issue.
