bom dia não consigo receber meus relatórios no e-mail cadastrado

I checked the email address (email@example.com) and it is not on our bounce list. Upon investigating it further, I checked our email logs and I can see that emails were being sent successfully to that email address. Here's a screenshot:
Please check your spam folder. If you see JotForm emails, mark it as not spam.
