Our customer has reported credit card fraud

    Good afternoon,

    A customer contacted us today about a suspected theft of her credit card information from our JotForm form. She purchased a service through our JotForm form yesterday, and her card was fraudulently used this morning in another state.

    I do not know the protocol for reporting this type of issue, but I wanted to let you know.

    Hi Julie Ramey,

    To my understanding, your customer purchased a subscription plan to JotForm and her card was fraudulently used this morning in another state. 

    Please take note that we do not collect credit card information here in JotForm. For more information, please check our terms of use.
