When I click on a link in a form submission, normally it briefly opens a new window in my browser and then instantly downloads. Today, my files aren't downloading and I don't know whether it's an issue with JotForm or with my computer. Can you help?

There might be an issue with the downloads in the latest Safari. We have reported it to our developers.
In the meantime, try to use another browser to download the files.
