How can I apply for the non-profit plan?

Shouldn't I get a discount? I just read that.

My NFP is an AKC Kennel Club and I'm taking event entries. The events are sporadic throughout the year, and only "busy" for a month at a time.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, we do have plans for Non-profit organizations. On Jotform, you will have to fill out the form in order to apply for eligibility to get the Non-profit discount. Our team will assess your form and get in touch with you via email if you are approved. You will have to attach an appropriate official document that can prove that your organization is a Non-Profit. 

Since you already have the monthly silver plan, if you are getting approved for the non-profit plan, you will have to cancel your silver plan and then choose any paid non-profit plan again.
