Submission Email: Some fields are not showing

    The inbox used to show the actual email that was sent to the recipient upon submission, but now it just shows the fields. We add contractual text to the submission page and submission email and need to be able to see that text from the Inbox so that we can re-send the email exactly as it was initially sent. Is there any way to re-send the original email including text from the submission?


    I have attached an example of the email we send with the comments about requiring 12 months of payments prior to cancellation, but the inbox does not show that text.

    Hello Melissa,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. I can see that the text for your disclaimer is included in the email notification. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
