Does Jotform have the capability to hide sections that you don’t write information for? Sometimes we will need to complete certain sections and other times we do not. How can the form be setup so that all of the sections are available and only the ones that have content will display.

    Hi Chandra,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I apologize for the confusion on this. Are you referring to hiding the empty fields in the notification email? If so, yes, this is possible. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings from the top bar menu, and click on Emails from the left panel menu.
    2. Next, hover your mouse over the Notification Email, and click on the Pen icon.
    3. Then, go to the Advanced tab, and toggle ON the Hide Empty Fields.
    4. Finally, click on Save.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better?

Once we hear back from them, we'll be able to move forward with this.
