When I go to add a picture or logo and click on MY IMAGES many of my uploaded images do not appear. They are "hidden" or something.
What is the problem? Can it be fixed?

The empty squares must be for other files (pdf, doc, xls), which you have uploaded earlier. As those files are not images, they are not displayed on preview.
But, I will escalate this issue to our developers as feature request to show only images under that tab.
If there is anything else we could assist, please let us know.

Hello Victoria, I don't think that is the issue at all. Because if you click on the blank a PICTURE is uploaded and NOT a file, as you suggested.

Thank you for updating me.
I was able to replicate the issue when some jpg files are not shown on preview at MY IMAGES. I will update the ticket now. As soon as we get an update from our back end team, we will inform you at this thread. But, unfortunately, I can not provide you any timeframe for this to be fixed.

I have not heard back from you and the problem seems to be worse??? The pictures are disappearing in 'My Images"

Unfortunately, we do not have any update at the moment. But, I can see that this issue is already assigned to one of our developers and has the priority of important. I will update the ticket with the information you provided.
