Yesterday I tried to down load my form data for 2018. When I clicked on the file dated Mar 12, 2018 I was redirected to a 404 page. So I created a new one and it sent me an email with a link to download it. When I tried the link I again was directed to a 404 page.
I forwarded the email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following note.
When I try and down load the file I get a 404-page error. If I try on site, I get the same page error.
This is the response.
As per your account settings, you have to be logged in the account to be able to download submissions:
I hope this information helps.
This made absolutely no sense to me because of course I had to logged in.
Here are the files I tried to download.
I tried to down load and when I click on download I get this 404 page.
Here is the email I received to download the file.
As I said I have already reported this by email and I responded.
When I first tried to do it, I was logged in and hadn’t used the email option yet, you must be logged in to get to this screen in the first place.
It showed me 3 different years, I picked 2018 and when I clicked on it it went to a 404 page.
Also, if that is required, why isn’t the mailed link taking me to the login screen first?
I have heard back with this response, which still is no answer and I really didn't make a suggestion.
We greatly appreciate your suggestion, I will forward to our developers for them to consider to implement that option, in case privacy options are set in the account, to prevent the 404 error.
Please let me know why I am getting the 404 page.
