why am I not receiving my donations and notifications?

    This jotform is not working properly. I am not receiving any of my donations and I don't understand why I'm not getting the correct notifications.  Please call me to discuss my options.

    Hi Lolita,

    I'm sorry but we do not provide phone assistance at the moment but we can help you through this support forum.

    I just tested your form and I was redirected to your normal thank you page instead to paypal for donation payment. I checked your form and I found out that you have conditions for donation field. I think this is the main reason why user's weren't redirected to paypal. Your condition is a bit confusing, please review it and let us know if you need help.

    Also FYI, if a user closes the browser or didn't settle the payment after being redirected to the Payment Page, this will be logged as a Pending Submission. It will only be posted as a valid submission if the user completed the Payment and was able to completely process the transaction. After the payment process, you'll be able to get notification from JotForm and from Paypal as well.
