    Hello Alexander,

Just to clarify, are the images static images or are these coming from submissions from your users? Do you have an ideal layout that you can share with us in order for us to see the possibility of your PDF submission layout to be created?

I dont really know, this is the first time for me using this.

so the thing i did now was to delete all the page dividers

and everytime i want to convert it to a pdf, i takes forever, or it freezes and never finish.

never the less, i really hope to solve this, because its really urgent.

maybe this link will help you to help me

I have cloned your form to my account and i was inspecting it, I can see you have not a submit button although you have created different form pages. I also noticed that you're displaying fields like text boxes through a text element, example:

It seems like you copied those questions from another source and pasted them into the text element retaining their format.

Based on how you have built your form it seems like you do not need it to be submitted back to your JotForm account, you seem to be just creating a paper form layout that will not be filled online.

I would recommend you replace all those questions using text elements with a basic field, you may also use the text elements to just display text and not elements that may contain HTML codes.

Also, here is a guide that will provide you with more details about PDF fillable forms: https://www.jotform.com/help/312-JotForm-Fillable-PDF-Creator-with-All-Points

    I hope this helps.
