We are seeing an issue where the iframe blocks the challenge puzzle that pops up in a jotform.

I attached the the url and screenshot of what users are seeing.

We get this error in the console:

    jotform.forms.js?v=3.3.53512:1424

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'errored')

      at Object.errored (jotform.forms.js?v=3.3.53512:1424:127)

      at HTMLFormElement.<anonymous> (square.js?v=3.3.53512:329:29)

    Hi Jude,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I can see that the form is already whitelisted therefore you should not see the reCaptcha. Since you are having issues with reCaptcha, I have removed the form from the whitelist and added it back. Please test it again using both on your website and directly using the Form URL. If the issue is specific to your website, please try embedding the form using the iframe embed code. If the issue persists, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
