I recently sent out a form to a large number of people, but when I view my submissions, the answer to the first question ("Available stickers") is missing for every single submission. Users can see this question and enter answers, but on my account, I cannot view these answers. I am extremely concerned, as I cannot sell my product without their specific order requests.
Is this data permanently lost, or is there a way for me to recover their answers?

Did you remove the field on the form and added a new field for 'Available stickers'? If so, please note that when you delete a field the associated field data will also be removed from the form. However, you may revert the form to an earlier version of the form so that the data can also be restored. I have tried cloning the form to my account and was able to replicate the issue. However, when I tried to update the field and send a test submission, it worked properly. I have also checked the field on your form and sent a test submission which seems to be working fine.
