How to separate email submissions?

I have forms set up as daily reports that are sent to a gmail address when submitted. They are chained together so I have a chain like 50 emails long, which makes it hard to know which ones I have viewed yet. Is there a way to separate these submissions ? I cannot find anything from Google stating how to fix it on their end.

    Hi Justin,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m really sorry that this is happening. I'll do my best to help you. This is because your Gmail's Group conversation button is turned on so, all the email with the same email subject will be grouped in the one thread. Let me show you how you can change it.

    1. Click on the gear icon on your Gmail dashboard on the top right side of the page.
    2. Choose see all settings.
    3. Scroll down a bit and then find the conversation view option. Choose OFF option.
    4. Scroll down and click on the Save changes. That's it.How to separate email submissions? Image 1 Screenshot 30

You can also add the Form name and the name of the form filler in the email subject on your notificaiton email. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    3. click on the Notification Emails.
    4. Under the Email tab select the Form fields and add any. Click on the save button. That's it. How to separate email submissions? Image 2 Screenshot 41
