How can I grant someone access if I don't get an email?

I got a text message from someone who is trying to register for an event. I set it up to require that I grant access. I have had several that I received an email but this current one I am not. How can I grant her access if I don't get an email?

It is resolved. The person had not put on button yet. She only sent me a screenshot. As soon as she click the button, I got an email.
