I was wondering if the questions were truly unanswered

These are the pictures of the "unanswered" questions, I was wondering if they truly were unanswered, or was this also a glitch in the JotForm system?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Both unanswered fields in your screenshot are tied to conditions. But even if the fields are shown, the user can skip or not fill out the field as it's not required. You can set the field as Required, so user's won't be able to skip the field.
