Hi Vivian,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You're seeing this error because, on your form, you've set up PayPal to be used for processing payments but have not specified the PayPal account that is to be used. Take a look at the screenshot below:
You need to enter a specific PayPal first.
