Jotform App: Checkout screen is pre-filled with information

    I created a store in the App section. When you go to the check out screen it is pre-filled with the name and email as our company information. I need this to be blank for customers for them to put in their own info but can not figure out where to adjust it from.

    Hi MQHA,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The check-out screen is pre-filled with information because you are accessing the app while logged in to your account. If you try to access the app on an incognito window, the checkout screen has no information added. Take a look at the screencast below:
