You're due to reach your upload space limit

We have received an email that we are due to reach our upload limit. This happened last month too. Our uploads are synced to One Drive and the files are set to delete after 7 days. Also, it looks like we still have quite a bit of space available. Am I missing something?

I checked your account and I can confirm that the upload space usage is currently at 637.51 MB over the 1 GB limit. Please note that the warning email you receive is only an assumption based on previous submissions. You can check your current account usage instead.
