502 Error Server

    I keep seeing an error server message. Can you help? Thanks

    Hi Kea,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We’re sorry to hear your account is currently disabled. It has been disabled due to lack of subscription payment. The main contact on the server should have received an email from Steve Hartert that included steps on how to start the process to re-enable the server. You can also reach out to your Business Development Manager, Abigail Burbary at abigail@jotform.com if you've any further questions regarding your invoicing and payment.
