We have been collating passenger booking numbers using the configurable list. We have a large list of options of activities in a drop down and then the number of passengers who book this are selected. The issue we are having is from the reporting side. All the information collates in one cell and so we are not able to sort or filter by the activity and see how many booked. Is there a better widget to use for this? Of a setting we can use to separate the information?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to split the result of the Configurable List widget on the Submissions page. By default, they will appear only in 1 cell.
If you want, you can export the submission to an Excel or CSV file. After that, you can split them using the Text to Columns function in Excel. Here's a link: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/split-text-into-different-columns-with-the-convert-text-to-columns-wizard.
