As per your advice regarding the ban of my account, I tried to change the payment details to my other of credit card but it just keep spinning not being able to further process. Also, my account status is still being banned. Please kindly help further of my issue. Many thanks!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and see that it is active, and you should not have any issues logging in. Is your IP address banned? If yes, can you please check your IP address on this website and share with us?
