Spreadsheet widget - decimal separators

Hi,

I have discovered that the spreadsheet widget recognises commas as decimal separators i.e 1,234 is treated the same as 1.234. I know that this is because some countries use the comma as the decimal separator. However I am in a country where we use commas as thousands separators and not for decimals. Is there a way we can turn this off for our form? I know that it is an option on the calculation widget.
