I purchased bronze package that is not suppose to have JotForm branding?

    I have checked the forms in your account and see that there is no JotForm branding displayed on the form. If you still experience any issue with the forms, please try opening the form in a priviate/incognito window or a separate browser to see if that works. Also, please check if the option to display the JotForm branding is unchecked in your account settings.
