Completion of approval flow not sending submission as PDF

As per subject, this form (https://www.jotform.com/build/231440653436048) and it's approval flow suddenly today stopped attaching a PDF as per configuration. It's instead sending this at the bottom of the submission which is inconvenient.

Can you please review?

Thanks for patiently waiting. I just heard back from our Developer Team. They've solved the issue, so it should all be working fine now. Can you give it a try and see how it goes?

This happens to us from time to time, where the PDF isn't attatching to emails. For instance the past hour they wern't (2pm-3pm AWST), but now are - Can you confirm this was a bug you guys fixed, or is this on my end? Or more to the point, when this happens is it a likely a global issue?

We are sorry that this is happening. The root cause of the issue has been identified by our developers, they've also solved the problem. If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
