How to delete submissions made in a specific period of time?

We need to delete submissions for a period of approx. 2 years - how do we do that the easiest way?

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement. Here are the steps you need to follow:

#1. Go to your form's submission page.

#2. Click on the gear icon on the right and select the "Time Frame" for which you want to delete the submission data.

#3. Please note once you set the time frame, you will see only the submission data of that time frame.. You need to click on the "Delete Submission in Time Range" which is just above the submission grid. Please check the screenshot below:

You can select to view the submissions from a custom time range (time frame) from the submissions page.

Select the Start Date and End Date from where you want to delete the submissions.

Click the Delete Submissions in Time Range button.

Set the Time Frame to All Time after deleting the submissions.
