hi,
i want to have an option to schedule multiple appointments on different topics.
what I mean is... if someone choose topic A for example I want the form to direct him to the hours for that specific topic without showing all the rest of the hours for the other topics.thank you!

Hello monkeysclimbinggym,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it isn't possible to schedule multiple appointments at once; however, there is a workaround. It can be achieved by adding a multiple-choice field and multiple hidden appointment fields. Then Show/Hide Field condition can be implemented to display an appointment field depending on the selected appointment. Let me show you how:
- Go to your Form Builder and please click on the + Add Form Element on the top left side
- Add the Multiple Choice form field to your form and make necessary adjustments
- Add as many Appointment fields as Multiple Choice question options
- Go to the Settings tab and click on the Conditions
- Click on the Show/Hide field option
- You would need to hide the Appointment field first and then apply the conditions below
- Add as many Show/Hide Field conditions as your multiple choice question has.
Here is a screencast of what it will look like if you set these conditions.
