populating a dropdown

I want to populate a dropdown using the Spreadsheet to Form Widget.Is it possible , if yes then how . Since populating basic text fields are pretty basic but when it comes to dropdown its not working properly using the traditional method.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you are trying to match a value from the Spreadsheet to form to a dropdown, then it should have the same value, including the capitalization of the text. Once you have this properly matched, the referencing from the spreadsheet data will find a match in the dropdown field. Here is an example of a spreadsheet that I have uploaded in a test form:

While in the form, the options are also in small caps:

So when I run a look-up on the spreadsheet to form using the ID column, this is how it works:
