Hello,
Is it possible to only be able to select 1 radio button for both "Participation options" and "sponsorship levels"? Can I split this up somehow? Thanks.

If I understand you correctly you would like to disable "Sponsorship levels" option if "Participation options" is filled. You can do this with conditions by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/57-Smart-Forms-Using-Conditional-Logic

Thank you! But there would be no way to toggle back and forth? Meaning if the user accidentally chooses a sponorship level, but then decides he wants a participation option instead? Thanks.

Unfortunately that is how the single choice dropdown works. What you could do is use the multiple choice field instead and set the entry limit to one option like this:
This will allow you to remove the selected option. I apologize for not spotting that oversight in the start.
