Card layout - Is it possible to add 2 different elements on one card?

Hi, I need one card in my card layout form which displays an image, and beneath it two choices, as shown in the picture bellow:

I can't find a way to do this. In 2018 someone also wished such a card, and you submitted a feature request for it. Has it been done?

Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it. Unfortunately, the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it.
