Signed Document: How to edit submissions?

I have had two (2) parents reach out in regard to requesting corrections on their submitted Jotform (2024 OPC Registration). I am not sure how to edit their submitted, signed and paid jotform per their request. Please help.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have reviewed your Form 2024 OPC Registration and noticed that you have enabled Jotform Sign Automation. However, I must inform you that once a document has been signed, it cannot be edited. This means that if you receive a submission with a signed document, it will not be possible to make any changes to it. Even if you disable the Jotform Sign Automation, any submissions that you have already received with signed documents cannot be edited. Disabling Jotform Sign Automation is easy, let me show you how:

1. Click on the Settings tab from the orange navigation bar.
2. Click Jotform Sign on the left menu.
3. Toggle off the Enable Jotform Sign Automation to Off position.
