Form is still not capturing data

Hello,

Our form needs to be able to capture tax id number and social security (TIN/SSN). Last time we reached out to support we were advised to add the terms and conditions with signature of client. We have updated those features to be included in the form but the data (TIN/SSN) still is not always coming over.

Please advise what else the issue could be. Thank you!

Thanks for your patience. We appreciate it. I cloned and tested your form, but I couldn't replicate the issue. Check out my screenshot below:

I noticed that the Tax ID and SSN fields are not set as required. It is possible that form fillers may have skipped these fields and may cause you to receive them as empty fields. Let me show you how to set it as required, so form fillers will not skip these fields:

1. In the Form Builder, click on the Gear icon of the field.
2. From the General tab, toggle Required to turn it On.

That's it. Keep us updated and let us know how it goes.

We just had another form submitted with the required information entered and it did not come over. We have made those two fields required now so we will see if it continues to happen. But prior to setting them as required it still failed to bring over the data.

Thanks for getting back to us. Are there any other fields that you were not able to get the data aside from the TIN and SNN fields? How about the other required fields, do you always get the data from those? Since you already set the TIN and SNN fields as required, please let us know if you're still not able to get the data.
