How to share my form?

And my other question I'd own do I pull that delivery proof form out? Do I need to have a shortcut on my phone and how do I do that?

Thanks for your patience. Once you've created your Delivery Proof form, you can share the form using its URL or QR code. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on the Publish tab.
• Then, click on Quick Share on the left side of the page.
• Copy the link and share it to any messaging app or open it in a browser

• Now, for creating a QR Code, just click on the QR Code button at the bottom of the Share Form section.
• The window that opens up will have the QR code to share your form.
